Wow! Creating this page ended up being one of
the more audacious undertakings. I'm sure glad
I'm not trying to do massive urban landscapes
in comics for a living.
I don't usually get political here. I know that
a lot of my readership is diverse so I don't want
to upset anyone. I do think that we share one
thing in common with the US presidential election
this year. It looks like everything could hinge
again on Florida with the democrat race. This
is because of the punishment handed down by the
party for Florida (and other states) moving up
their primaries. Now with the race almost tied
the states that were disqualified, like where
I live in Florida, candidates want to be counted.
In one of those states one of the leading candidates
didn't even participate -- because he wasn't supposed
to!! So now they're talking about those stated
might need to RE-vote, but the democratic party
won't pay for it saying the states have to pay
for it. That I have to pay for the vote to be
done again, when this shouldn't have resulted
in this in the first place! I don't think so!!!
So how does this relate
to everyone? Arent' we all tired of how our presidential
races turn into such exhausting emotional gotcha
games? I know I am. No matter who wins the presidency
I predict there will be just as much anger and
strife as the bush/gore campaign and result. Ugh!
It gives me a headache......where's my advil?
